Fuzzy Navel
This classic drink is a long-standing favorite among many novice drinkers. It is essentially spiked orange juice, which means it's the perfect breakfast cocktail obviously. Navel refers to an Orange, and fuzzy refers to the Peach. There are many variations of this recipe, but we feel the most common one would be with Vodka.
Ingredients
- 4 Parts Orange Juice; Fresh Squeezed is preferred
- 1.5 Parts Peach Schnapps
- 1.5 Parts Vodka
- Ice
- Orange Slice or Pancakes for garnish.
Instructions
Science: Using our above specifics, decipher the measurements needed for your particular glass and mood.
Ice: Add ice to your drinking apparatus. Big cubes or spheres are preferred to prevent dilution; do not use ugly ice!
Build: Add all of the ingredients lazily to the glass, pouring directly on the ice (because we are not monsters).
Blend: Gently agitate the ingredients using a non-reactive titanium rod. You can also use a straw, if you want.
Garnish: Add stuff to it. You know what this step is about 😉
Notes
Use good Vodka!
No sciencey equipment is required for this one, and the ingredients are exceptionally tolerant to variation. Feel free to skip the measuring cups on this one and eyeball it! We know you do this, anyways. 😛
