Vodka + Schweppes = your own version of Smirnoff Ice. Especially if you use the Citrus flavor of Schweppes, found in Brazil. This is a simple, refreshing drink.

We chose to make it with Ginger Ale - It worked out nicely for us 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • Schweppes Bitter lemon (or your choice of Schweppes flavors)
  • Ice
  • Highball glass

Instructions

  1. Add vodka to Highball glass first, so it blends well
  2. Add ice
  3. Top up with the Schweppes

Notes

For best results, use Smirnoff Vodka. Depending on your choice of Schweppes, this drink can range from bitter (bitter lemon) to spicy (ginger ale), to sweet (citrus). Try them all to find your favorite!

You can also swap Schweppes out for any of your favorite bubbly soda - we won't judge 🙂
